Your privacy. Your control.
Your family’s health information belongs in a carefully controlled space. Here is how this portal works.
What you choose to save
Patient accounts are created by the hospital after an identity and permission check. Patients use a hospital-issued Patient ID and their own password. The account contains a name and optional contact details. Hospital team access is separately authorised. You can save family profile details, self-reported readings, prescribed medicine details and dose logs, appointment requests, uploaded reports and care messages.
Who can access it
Private records are tied to your signed-in account. Another patient cannot access them. The hospital administrator authorises care-team accounts. Authorised doctors and the hospital administrator can view a profile’s clinical records only while you enable care-team sharing for that profile. Appointment coordination staff have access to visit requests, not your shared clinical journal. Access to shared profiles and reports is recorded in your profile’s access history.
Appointment information, including the selected person’s name, contact number, service, preferred time and reason, is shared with authorised care-team members to arrange your visit. This appointment access is separate from clinical-record sharing.
Family permission
Only enter another adult’s health information with their permission. For a child or dependent, you must be their parent or authorised caregiver. You can switch sharing off from the family profile settings.
Where your information is kept
Records are saved in the portal’s server database and uploaded reports in private file storage. Access is checked on the server. Website connections use HTTPS. Private API responses and reports are not included in the app’s offline cache. Please keep your device and sign-in account protected, especially on shared phones.
Passwords and account activity
Temporary passwords must be changed before opening records. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and active sessions use protected HTTPS cookies. Chosen passwords cannot be retrieved by hospital staff. Password resets and account access changes are recorded. Sign out on shared devices. Medicine timings are personal journal entries; this version does not send background dose alarms.
Your choices
In the portal you can edit profiles, remove individual readings and reports, export your records, or delete your portal data. Deleting portal records does not remove a separate clinical record that the hospital may hold outside this portal. For hospital-issued patient accounts, deleting all portal data also removes the patient login. The hospital can reset a forgotten password after verifying identity; a reset ends existing sessions and requires a new password at next sign-in.
